Composition

The Board appoints Budget Committee at least two months prior to the Annual Meeting.
The Treasurer is not eligible to serve as Chairman of the Budget Committee.

Duties

Prepares a budget for the ensuing year.
League Secretary sends proposed budget to all League members one month before the date of the Annual Meeting.
Note: the Board submits a budget for ensuing year for adoption by League Members at the Annual Meeting.
The Chair of the Budget Committee shall review the Treasurer’s books annually.
