Appointing a Bylaws Review Committee

  • At least every two years the Board shall appoint a Bylaws Review Committee which shall consist of both Board and non-Board members.

Approving Bylaws

  • Proposed bylaws changes must be submitted one month In advance of the annual meeting and in writing to League membership
  • 2/3 of voting members present at the Annual Meeting must approve bylaw changes
