Volunteer with the League

There are many ways to support the League’s work — from voter registration and community programs to the planning and communications that keep everything running.

Much of our voter services work helps reach people who may be missed by routine outreach or who face greater barriers to participation. Volunteers help make voting more accessible, understandable, and achievable across our community.

There are many ways to volunteer with the League, from helping at voter registration events to supporting programs, communications, and other behind-the-scenes work.

Volunteers who staff voter registration tables must complete the official Virginia Voter Registration Training before participating.
